Research focus: Politics of Carbon Markets.

Robert has been teaching here at Manchester for nearly 2 years and is working towards teaching qualifications to be a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. He values the training programmes offered by the university as well as feedback offered by students which he uses to improve his teaching approach each year.

Robert believes his role as an educator is to introduce students to the big picture and engage them in conversations about relevant and important topics. He aims to inspire a hope for the future of politics in his students, equipping them with the skills to interpret the world.
