Business Engagement Lead, Professor Javier Garcia Oliva
In the last few years, it has become even more important for universities and industry (public bodies, private parties and the third sector) to collaborate with each other. There are many examples of really productive and exciting cooperation across the different departments of SoSS, and it is my role, as the Business Engagement Lead, to keep supporting these links, whilst seeking to open up new avenues. It is a privilege to be in charge of facilitating wider collaboration with external partners, and we are grateful for the support of the Faculty of Humanities team in this endeavour.
