Below are our academic entry requirements if you have completed your studies so far in India.

Undergraduate entry requirements

For entry onto one of the LLB degrees we require CBSE or ISC (national boards) grade 12 examinations with a minimum of 90% overall including 85% in English. Other State boards are considered but may be subject to an increased requirement. 

For entry onto one of our BA Criminology degrees we require CBSE or ISC (national boards) grade 12 examinations with a minimum of 80% overall including 85% in English. Other State boards are considered but may be subject to an increased requirement. Contact us for further information.

Master's entry requirements

For entry onto our master’s degrees, we require a minimum overall average of 60% or a CGPA of 3.2/4.0, 7-8.0/10 in a Bachelor's degree from a well-ranked institution.

For all our LLM courses (except the LLM Healthcare Ethics and Law) we require an undergraduate Law degree. For MA courses we consider degrees in relevant disciplines.

Postgraduate research entry requirements

For entry onto our postgraduate research degrees, we require an overall average of 65% in Bachelor's degree and 2-year Master of Law degree or related subject from a well-ranked institution with a strong Merit or it's equivalent in Master's dissertation.

For PhD study, a degree in Law or a relevant discipline will be considered.
