Below are our academic entry requirements if you have completed your studies so far in Australia.

Undergraduate entry requirements

For entry onto one of our LLB degrees we require a minimum score of 97.00 from the ATAR/UAI/TER/ENTER or a minimum of band 2 from the Queensland OP.

For entry onto one of our BA Criminology degrees we require a minimum score of 94.00 from the ATAR/UAI/TER/ENTER or a minimum of band 4 from the Queensland OP. 

We do not accept the ATAR if taken outside of Australia.

Master's entry requirements

For entry onto our master’s degrees we require a minimum of Distinction (70%) or Second Class Division A/Second Class Division 1 in a Bachelor's degree from a from a well ranked institution.

For all our LLM courses (except the LLM Healthcare Ethics and Law) we require an undergraduate Law degree. For MA courses we consider degrees in relevant disciplines.

Postgraduate research entry requirements

For entry onto our postgraduate research degrees we require a minimum of Distinction (75%) in Bachelor's degree and Master's from a well ranked institution with a mark of 75% in Master's dissertation.

For PhD study a degree in Law or a relevant discipline will be considered.
