About the Political Economy Centre
Our work seeks to recapture and promote political economy as a concrete field of academic study.
Political economy spans various discipline-based approaches and theoretical traditions, and demands a heterodox and cross-disciplinary approach to research. By bringing together over 70 individuals working in the field of political economy, we aspire to push forward this project and, on this basis, to develop innovative and world-class research into major issues of contemporary global concern.
