Dr Paul Tobin
Paul specialises in the impacts of the economic crisis on policy-making, and the climate change politics of developed states, particularly France, Germany and Sweden. He has published research in the leading journals in these fields. Paul has previously provided commentary for Times Higher Education, BBC radio, and the Conversation.
