Course unit selection
This section will help you choose optional course units for the 2019-20 academic year.
Whether you're an incoming bachelors student entering the first year of your degree, or a returning student going into your second or third year, you can find all the information you need to make your course unit choices.
Lecture timetables for the 2020/21 academic year can be found below. Timetables are listed by degree course and are updated throughout the year with any changes.
Note: all lecture grids are subject to change until room bookings are confirmed in late August 2020. The lecture grids below are draft only.
Course unit selections must be registered via the Student Self-Service System within My Manchester.
Please refer to the instruction manual below to assist you with your course unit selection:

You don't have to be a student within the Departments of Law and Criminology to study optional course units in criminology and law. Many of our course units are available as "free options" and every year we have students from business, social sciences and arts subjects studying with us.
Full list of all the law and criminology undergraduate units available can be found on the Faculty of Humanities website. Please check the units for pre-requisites when making your selection:
