Truth and Reference Beyond Existence

Research interests

Metaontology, ontology, philosophy of language, and logic

Current research

My project is aimed to develop a novel conception of existence. It does so by surveying what conception of existence is pointed to by linguistic evidence and discourse analysis, and extending that conception into a method for existence questions. The project also aim to make this novel conception logically respectable as well by providing a truth-conditional semantics without conceding that reference entails existence.
