Advice to small businesses

We provide advice to those setting up or running small businesses, who frequently have the same legal problems as large businesses but cannot afford to pay private solicitors’ fees.

We advise on a range of issues in company, commercial, employment, intellectual property or other relevant areas of law. This can include, for example, disputes between owners of a small business, disputes with suppliers, issues around employing staff and volunteers, concerns about patents and copyright.

We provide advice to our clients on how they can take forward their legal issue, and cannot draw up contracts or draft documents on behalf of clients.
