Ola was presented with her award by PSA executive member Dr Paul Tobin, who recently won The University of Manchester’s students 'most inspiring lecturer’ and ‘Humanities lecturer of the year’ awards.

Professor of Politics, Francesca Gains, said: "Many Politics staff members were nominated for awards by our students last year and in a year when Politics has risen in both the Guardian and Sunday Times league tables it is marvellous to see the commitment and innovation of Politics staff to teaching being recognised both within the University and in our professional association."
