How to subscribe to the Realities/ Morgan Centre podcast
Subscribe to our podcast to receive all our audio or video clips, and recordings of presentations given at our events or by our staff.
Before you start
To subscribe you will need to have iTunes installed on your computer.
Subscribing to our podcast
First, open the iTunes store. Then there are two ways to subscribe.
The easiest is usually to:
- Click on the 'Podcasts' section to go to the main page for all podcasts available from iTunes.
- Search for our podcast by typing keywords into the search box in the top right hand corner of the screen. 'Realities manchester' usually works.
- You should see our logo in your search results. Just click on the 'Subscribe' button to receive our podcast.
If for some reason you can't find us in your search results, try this option:
- Open iTunes.
- Go into Advanced > Subscribe to podcast.
- A small window will pop up asking you to type in a URL (web address). Copy and paste this address into the box: http://farm.ccsr.ac.uk/cgi-bin/podcast/realities/rss.cgi
- Click ok and you will be subscribed to our podcast.
Both these methods will subscribe you to both an audio and a video version of each of our podcasts.
If you would like to receive just the audio version or just the video version then follow the steps below:
To subscribe to the audio version only
- Open iTunes.
- Go into Advanced > Subscribe to podcast.
- A small window will pop up asking you to type in a URL (web address). Copy and paste this address into the box: http://farm.ccsr.ac.uk/cgi-bin/podcast/realities/rss.cgi?video=0
- Click ok and you will be subscribed to the audio version of our podcast.
To subscribe to the video version only
- Open iTunes.
- Go into Advanced > Subscribe to podcast.
- A small window will pop up asking you to type in a URL (web address). Copy and paste this address into the box: http://farm.ccsr.ac.uk/cgi-bin/podcast/realities/rss.cgi?audio=0
- Click ok and you will be subscribed to the video version of our podcast.
