Fees
- £160 (Standard)
- £80 (Concessionary - full-time student/unwaged)

The fee covers lunch (vegetarian) and refreshments throughout the conference.
The conference dinner is not included in the fee, but can be booked seperately for a (heavily) subsidised fee of £15.
Delegates will need to arrange their own accommodation.
Whether you register online or by post, you will need to send payment through the post, either as a cheque or by filling in a credit card payment form. We cannot process credit card payments through our website.

Cancellations
Please let us know if you can no longer come to Vital Signs 2 so that we can pass your place on to somebody else.
Cancellations received before 12 August - 100% refund
Cancellations received before 23 August - 50% refund
Cancellations received after 23 August - no refund can be given
Please note that you are not fully registered until you have received an email from us confirming your booking.
