Careers
Some of our MA students go on to doctoral work, but the majority of our students take up careers immediately. The School’s wide ranging programmes result in an extensive variety of career opportunities for our graduates. Recent graduates have pursued careers in the City (Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, PriceWaterhouse Coopers), in both public and private sector management, in consultancy, journalism, the media and the professions such as teaching and law.
The University’s Careers Service has been voted the best in the UK for the last four years and will not only help with career choice and job-hunting, but will also help you to develop the kinds of skills and experience employers increasingly demand. We integrate the Careers Service into both our Induction Experience and into our continuing professional and career planning for out students.
