Sharing knowledge

Shaping policy

We were invited to contribute to the Nuffield Council on Bioethics report on the ethical aspects of disclosure in donor conception, published in 2013. This influential report makes recommendations about what can be done to support, encourage and empower those making decisions about the sharing of information about donor conception. Our contribution was referred to several times in the final report and Carol Smart was invited to speak at the report launch event.

Presentations

We have taken part in events organised by groups including the Progress Educational Trust, Calder Valley Lesbian Parents Group and the Donor Conception Network. We have given 27 presentations to academic or research groups (20 in the UK and 7 international).

Radio
