Research interests
My main research interests are processes of region-construction all over the world, particularly in South America. I am interested in the ways in which states interplay with non-state actors in the construction of regions, and how processes of region-building can help achieving the goals of different actors. I am also interested in theoretical and epistemological debates regarding constructivism, idealism, IR theory and IPE issues related to the study of region-construction.
