Organization and who's who
The UG, PG and Research teams bring together key members of staff with administrative responsibilities within the Discipline area (DA) to implement and monitor current policy, and to make recommendations for policy changes. Each of these teams is represented on the Politics Leadership Team (PLT) as well as on relevant School of Social Sciences committees. PLT takes an integrated view across all relevant matters, and advises the Head of Discipline Area. See organization chart below. The left side of the diagram represents the UG and PG activities within the DA, and identifies the three themes, the right side of the diagram represents the research activity within the DA and identifies the research continuum and clusters. The double headed arrow in the centre of the diagram is intended to indicate that the themes and the pattern of research inform each other with the research continuum covering the same range of material as the three themes.
